Sushi lovers will appreciate the large portions, wide variety and excellent quality. Lightly seared and kissed with ginger-sesame-soy sauce, tuna tataki with shredded daikon and carrot makes for a tantalizing start. Spicy tuna and spider roll with soft shell crab are standouts, but nothing tops the Drunken Fish roll: crispy shrimp tempura and steamed asparagus rolled in rice, drizzled with Japanese mayo and topped with fat slices of ruby red tuna.
